Order Status

Once you have placed and paid for your order, we will keep you informed about its progress through email notifications. You'll receive regular updates to stay up-to-date with the status of your order.

 

Additionally, to check your order status, follow these steps:

---- Log in to your account

---- Go to the Customer Zone - icon on the main menu.

---- Click on the "My Orders" tab.

---- In the My Orders tab, you'll find three sections.

Unpaid - listing of all pending payment orders.

In Production – listing of orders being processed.

Order History - listing of all completed orders.
