How to take care of photo products?

STORAGE

  • Protect the product from UV radiation and adverse weather conditions.
  • Store at an optimal temperature of 15-25°C with a humidity level of 40-50%.
  • Keep the product in an enclosed space and in a closed position.
  • Place it on a flat surface to prevent creases or deformations.

USAGE

  • Always handle the product with clean hands or cotton gloves, preferably on a flat, smooth, and stable surface.
  • Avoid browsing the product near food and drinks to prevent spills and stains.
  • Do not use the product as a surface or support for other objects.

CARE

  • Cover - For stains, use dry cleaning only with a soft brush, sponge, or office adhesive tape by gently pressing and lifting at the stained area.
  • Paper - Fingerprints or smudges on photographic papers can be removed using a soft, dry cloth only.

Important! Canon Deep Matte paper cannot be cleaned.

TRANSPORTATION

  • To transport the product safely, carefully protect the corners and spines. Ensure a stable, flat surface during transportation. Always carry the products in a closed position. Do not drop them or leave them exposed to direct sunlight behind a car window.
